So you continue to receive the level of service you require over the festive period, here is a reminder of our office opening hours this year:
23rd December – 9am – 12.30pm
Christmas Day, Boxing Day & 27th December – Office Closed
28th – 30th December – 10am – 2pm
New Years Eve & the 1st & 2nd January 2023 – Office Closed
3rd January onwards – Normal office opening hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

In the event of you suffering a loss and needing to report a claim when the office is closed, please consult your policy documents for your insurance companies emergency claims contact details. If you are unable to locate these, please contact us before December 23rd so we can make sure you have them to hand.
